Target Information
IRS-1는 인슐린 수용체의 주요 기질로, 인슐린, IGF-1, IL-4 자극 시 인산화됩니다. 다양한 조직에서 serine, threonine 및 tyrosine 잔기에서 인산화가 일어나며, casein kinase II가 일부 serine/threonine 인산화를 매개합니다. Thr502와 Ser99는 주요 인산화 부위로 확인되었으며, IRS-1은 14-3-3 단백질 결합 부위를 세 곳(Ser270, Ser374, Ser641)에 가지고 있습니다. Ser270 주변 모티프는 인슐린 수용체와의 결합에 관여하는 인산티로신 결합 도메인에 위치합니다.
