Target Information
PSMA7는 20S 코어 프로테아좀 복합체의 구성 요소로, 세포 내 단백질의 단백질분해에 관여합니다. 이 복합체는 다양한 조절 입자와 결합하여 세포 내 단백질 항상성 유지에 필수적인 역할을 수행합니다.
26S 프로테아좀은 유비퀴틴화된 단백질의 ATP 의존적 분해를 담당하며, 변형되거나 손상된 단백질을 제거하여 세포 기능을 보호합니다.
또한 PA200 또는 PA28과 결합하여 유비퀴틴 비의존적 단백질 분해를 매개하며, 정자형성과 MHC class I 항원 펩타이드 생성에 관여합니다.
HIF-1A의 전사활성을 억제하며, EMAP2와의 상호작용을 통해 저산소 조건에서 HIF-1A 분해를 촉진합니다. 또한 안드로겐 수용체의 핵 내 이동을 매개하여 안드로겐 매개 전사활성을 강화합니다.
