Target Information
CD50 (Intracellular Adhesion Molecule 3, ICAM-3)는 백혈구에 의해 발현되는 막관통 당단백질로, LFA-1 integrin의 counter-receptor 역할을 합니다. ICAM-3는 T 세포와 항원제시세포 간 접촉을 매개하며, LFA-1의 ICAM-1에 대한 결합력 조절, T 세포 활성화 및 증식 유도에 관여합니다. 또한 CD209 (DC-SIGN)과 상호작용하여 수지상세포와 과립세포 간의 면역 반응 초기 단계에서 중요한 역할을 합니다.
