Target Information
DOK1 (P62dok, Docking protein 1)는 주로 세포질에 존재하는 어댑터 단백질로, MAP kinase 활성화를 억제하고 세포 증식과 변형을 억제하며 세포 확산 및 이동을 촉진하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
DOK1은 c-kit, v-abl, vFPS, EGF, PDGF 등 다양한 티로신 키나아제의 주요 기질이며, 인산화 후 ras GTPase-activating protein과 복합체를 형성합니다.
인슐린 수용체 키나아제에 의한 티로신 잔기 인산화는 인슐린 신호 경로의 음성 조절을 유도합니다.
DOK1은 N-말단에 pleckstrin homology 도메인과 10개의 PXXP SH3 인식 모티프를 포함합니다.
