Target Information
Chromogranin A (CHGA)는 신경내분비 분비 단백질 패밀리인 chromogranin/secretogranin 계열에 속합니다. 뉴런 및 내분비 세포의 분비 소포에 존재하며, vasostatin, pancreastatin, parastatin과 같은 생리활성 펩타이드의 전구체로 작용합니다. 이러한 펩타이드는 신경내분비 시스템의 자가 또는 주변 억제 조절자로 기능합니다. CHGA는 카르시노이드 종양, 갈색세포종, 부신외부종, 기타 신경내분비 종양의 우수한 마커입니다. Chromogranin A와 neuron specific enolase (NSE)의 공발현은 신경내분비 종양에서 흔히 관찰됩니다.
