Product Specific Information
The ACT35 monoclonal antibody reacts with human CD134 (OX40), a 50 kDa type I membrane glycoprotein belonging to the TNF receptor superfamily. CD134/OX40 is expressed on activated T lymphocytes and plays a role in T cell-dependent humoral response, primary T cell expansion, survival, and memory T cell pool regulation.

Applications Tested:
Tested by flow cytometric analysis of 3-day PHA-activated human peripheral blood cells. Recommended usage ≤ 1 µg per test (100 µL final volume). Cell number may vary (10⁵–10⁸ cells/test). Antibody titration is recommended for optimal performance.
Purity: Greater than 90% (SDS-PAGE)

OX40 is a protein receptor on T cells that promotes their proliferation and survival upon activation, enhancing immune responses against cancer and infectious agents.
