CCP110은 중심체 복제 및 섬모형성 단계에서 중요한 역할을 하는 단백질입니다. CEP97과 함께 섬모 형성을 억제하며, 모 중심체의 캡핑을 통해 섬모 생성을 방지합니다. 또한 섬모형성 촉진, 모 중심체 부속체 조립, 재활용 엔도솜의 융합, 방추체 형성 및 세포질분열 조절 등에도 관여합니다. CALM1 및 CETN2와의 상호작용을 통해 유전체 안정성 유지에도 기여합니다.
