Target Information
PTPRE 유전자가 인코딩하는 단백질은 protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTP) 계열에 속하며, 세포 성장, 분화, 유사분열, 그리고 종양성 변환 등의 다양한 세포 과정 조절에 관여하는 신호전달 분자입니다.
이 유전자는 두 가지 번역 변이체를 가지며, 하나는 수용체형 PTP로 짧은 세포외 도메인, 단일 막관통 영역, 두 개의 인트라세포성 촉매 도메인을 포함합니다. 다른 하나는 비수용체형 PTP로, 친수성 N-말단을 포함합니다.
마우스 유사 유전자 연구에서는 RAS 관련 신호전달, 사이토카인 유도 SATA 신호, 전압 개폐성 K⁺ 채널 활성화 조절 역할이 제시되었습니다.
