Product Specific Information
The eBio1D3 (1D3) monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse CD19, a 95 kDa transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on B cells during all stages of development except terminally differentiated plasma cells. Follicular dendritic cells also express CD19.
CD19 forms a multimolecular complex with CD21, CD81, and MHC class II, associating with the BCR to induce tyrosine phosphorylation, calcium flux, and B-cell proliferation.

Applications Tested: Mouse splenocytes (≤0.5 µg/test, 100 µL final volume)
Brilliant Violet™ 605 (BV605) emits at 605 nm and is intended for use with a 405 nm violet laser. Ensure instrument compatibility.
When using multiple polymer dye-conjugated antibodies, use Super Bright Complete Staining Buffer (Product # SB-4401-42) or Brilliant Stain Buffer™ (Product # 00-4409-75) to minimize non-specific interactions.

Target Information
CD19 is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily with two Ig-like domains, expressed on all peripheral B cells and certain myeloid leukemia cells. It serves as a key regulator of B cell activation and proliferation, lowering the threshold for antigen receptor-dependent stimulation.
Mutation of CD19 leads to hypogammaglobulinemia, while overexpression causes B cell hyperactivity.
