Target Information
SENP1은 SUMO 경로에서 중요한 두 가지 기능을 수행하는 프로테아제로, SUMO1, SUMO2, SUMO3의 전구체를 성숙형으로 가공하고, 이들을 표적 단백질로부터 탈결합시키는 역할을 합니다. 또한 SENP1은 HIPK2 및 HDAC1으로부터 SUMO1을 제거하여 HDAC1의 전사 억제 활성을 감소시킵니다.
