This affinity purified antibody is directed against the phosphorylated form of yeast Rad9 at the pS1260 residue.
Target Information
RAD9 is a component of the 9-1-1 cell cycle checkpoint response complex involved in DNA repair. The 9-1-1 complex is recruited to DNA lesions upon damage by the RAD17-replication factor C clamp loader complex. RAD9 functions as a sliding clamp platform on DNA for proteins involved in long-patch base excision repair.
