LAMP1 (CD107a, lysosome-associated membrane protein-1)는 LAMP-2와 함께 리소좀 막의 주요 구성 요소로, 총 CD107a의 1–2%는 세포막에서도 발견됩니다.
LAMP1은 고도로 당화된 막단백질로, 신호 펩타이드, 18개의 N-연결 당화 부위, 단일 막 통과 영역, 11 아미노산 길이의 세포질 꼬리를 포함합니다.
LAMP 단백질은 리소좀 생합성과 리소좀-식세포 융합에 관여하며, 활성화 시 LAMP1은 세포막으로 이동합니다.
세포막의 LAMP1과 LAMP2는 말초혈 단핵세포(PBMC)의 혈관 내피 부착을 촉진하여 염증 부위에서의 세포 부착에 관여할 가능성이 있습니다.
LAMP1 면역반응성 증가는 알츠하이머병(AD) 환자의 신경세포 및 교세포 주변에서 관찰되며, 흉선 위축 시 수질 상피세포, 단일 대식세포, 림프구에서도 발현됩니다.
LAMP1은 비만세포 활성화의 우수한 표지자로 알려져 있습니다.
