Specific for endogenous levels of the ~60 kDa human mitochondria.
Works on acetone-fixed and 2% paraformaldehyde-fixed cells.
Suitable for immunohistochemistry on 2% paraformaldehyde-fixed (5–10 minutes) cryostat sections.
Target Information
Antibodies recognizing subcellular organelles or compartments of human cells are useful for identifying these structures in cells, tissues, and biochemical preparations.
