Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
The leucine-rich repeat (LRR) family of proteins, including LRG1, are involved in protein-protein interactions, signal transduction, and cell adhesion and development. LRG1 is expressed during granulocyte differentiation.
