The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
This gene encodes one of six engulfment and motility (ELMO) domain-containing proteins. It is thought to play a role in antiviral responses, and mutations in this gene may be associated with familial idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.
