This antibody is predicted to react with monkey, rabbit, and horse.
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems developed by cloning specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select optimal candidates for production.

Target Information

The Eotaxin (CCL11) gene belongs to the Cys-Cys (CC) cytokine family located on the q-arm of chromosome 17. These cytokines are secreted proteins involved in immunoregulatory and inflammatory processes.
Eotaxin displays chemotactic activity for eosinophils but not for mononuclear cells or neutrophils. It is implicated in eosinophilic inflammatory diseases such as:
