Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits are cloned and expressed in these systems. Individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production.

Target Information

IRF8 (Interferon Regulatory Factor 8) is a transcriptional activator or repressor that binds to upstream regulatory regions of type I IFN and IFN-inducible MHC class I genes.
It plays a negative regulatory role in immune cells and is involved in CD8⁺ dendritic cell differentiation by forming complexes with BATF-JUNB heterodimers, recognizing AICE sequences, and activating immune-related genes.
Mutations in this gene can cause immunodeficiency 32A and 32B.
