Target Information
JunB is a member of the Jun cellular oncogene family and functions as a basic region, leucine zipper transcription factor. It regulates gene activity following the primary growth factor response and binds to the DNA sequence 5′-TGA[CG]TCA-3′. Cellular oncogenes play critical roles in pathways controlling growth, development, and differentiation.
