Target Information
IgE는 포유류에서 발견되는 다섯 가지 면역글로불린 클래스 중 하나입니다.
IgE는 두 개의 epsilon heavy chain(4개의 Ig-like constant domain 포함)과 두 개의 light chain으로 구성된 단량체 형태를 가집니다.
주로 제1형 과민반응(예: 알레르기 비염, 천식, 두드러기, 아나필락시스 등)에 관여하며, 비만세포 및 호염기구의 Fc 수용체에 결합하여 탈과립을 유도합니다.
또한 기생충에 대한 면역 방어에서도 중요한 역할을 수행합니다.
