Product Specific Information

• Monoclonal antibody M1-14D12 recognizes mouse IgG1 antibodies and is used as a secondary reagent in flow cytometry and microscopy.
• Does not cross-react with other mouse isotypes or rat antibodies.
• Tested by flow cytometric analysis; use at 1 µg per test (defined for a 100 µL staining volume, typically 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test).
• Super Bright 780 is a tandem dye excited by a 405 nm violet laser and emits at 780 nm. Recommended filter: 780/60 bandpass.
• Use Super Bright Complete Staining Buffer (Product # SB-4401) when staining with multiple Super Bright conjugates to minimize non-specific interactions.
• Compensation values may differ when using UltraComp eBeads (Product # 01-2222-42) or AbC Total Antibody Compensation Beads (Product # A10497); compensation with cells is recommended.
• Light sensitivity: Protect vial and stained samples from light.
• Fixation: Samples can be stored up to 3 days at 4°C in the dark using IC Fixation Buffer (Product # 00-8222) or 1-step Fix/Lyse Solution (Product # 00-5333) with minimal impact on brightness and FRET efficiency.
