These antibodies recognize multiple epitopes on the target, offering high detection sensitivity for low-abundance targets while maintaining lot-to-lot reproducibility.
Previously referred to as “Recombinant polyclonal antibody,” this product is now branded as “Recombinant Superclonal™ antibody” with unchanged performance.

Target Information

IL-27 is a heterodimeric cytokine composed of EBI3 and p28 (IL-30) subunits, produced by activated antigen-presenting cells and dendritic cells. It acts on NK cells and naive CD4+ T cells and can influence mast cells and monocytes.
IL-27 signaling through WSX-1/gp130 activates JAK1, STAT1, and STAT3 pathways, promoting Th1 immune responses by inducing T-bet and suppressing GATA-3 expression.
IL-27 also exhibits antitumor activity, enhancing CTL function and inhibiting tumor growth in vivo.
