• Recommended Use: 5 µL (1 µg) per test; a test is defined as the amount of antibody that stains cells in 100 µL final volume (10⁵–10⁸ cells/test)

Target Information

Mouse IgG2b is a subtype of immunoglobulin G produced by B cells in response to antigens. It is the third most abundant IgG subtype in serum and plays a key role in adaptive immunity.
It participates in:

• Antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity
• Regulation of T and B cell activation
