Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
MAPK1 (ERK2) is a serine/threonine kinase involved in the MAPK signaling pathway. It activates downstream targets such as p90 RSK, MSK, ELK1, and Stat3, playing a key role in cellular processes including proliferation, differentiation, transcription regulation, and development. Upon activation through phosphorylation, MAPK1 translocates to the nucleus to phosphorylate nuclear substrates.
