Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

MAPK1 (ERK2) is a serine/threonine kinase that serves as an activator of p90 RSK, MSK, ELK1, and Stat3, playing a key role in the MAPK signaling pathway.
MAP kinases (ERKs) act as integration points for multiple biochemical signals and are involved in processes such as proliferation, differentiation, transcription regulation, and development.
Activation of MAPK1 requires phosphorylation by upstream kinases. Once activated, it translocates to the nucleus and phosphorylates nuclear targets.
