Product Specific Information

Description: Monoclonal mouse IgG1 kappa immunoglobulin, useful as an isotype control.
Applications Reported: Suitable for flow cytometric analysis.
Applications Tested: Validated in flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocytes and normal human peripheral blood cells; use at same concentration as experimental antibody.
Fluorochrome: Brilliant Violet™ 711 (BV711) emits at 713 nm, optimized for violet (405 nm) laser-equipped cytometers.
Buffer Recommendation: Use Super Bright Complete Staining Buffer (Product # SB-4401) or Brilliant Stain Buffer™ (Product # 00-4409-75) to minimize polymer dye interactions.
Light Sensitivity: Protect vial and stained samples from light to prevent photo-induced oxidation.
Fixation Compatibility: Compatible with IC Fixation Buffer (Product # 00-8222) or 1-step Fix/Lyse Solution (Product # 00-5333). Not compatible with methanol-based fixation.
