Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): 항체를 실온에서 30분 동안 반응시킵니다.
- 포르말린 고정 조직의 염색에는 10 mM Tris, 1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0 용액에서 95°C로 45분간 가열 후 실온에서 20분간 냉각하는 과정이 필요합니다.
Target Information
Fas ligand (TNFSF6)와 FAS antigen (TNFRSF6)의 상호작용은 여러 기관계에서 세포사멸(apoptosis)을 매개합니다. FAF1 단백질은 FAS 항원에 결합하여 세포사멸을 유도하거나 FAS 항원을 통한 세포사멸을 강화할 수 있습니다. 이 단백질에 의한 세포사멸 유도에는 ubiquitin-like domain이 필요하지만 FAS-binding domain은 필요하지 않습니다.
