• Store vial at -20°C prior to opening.
• Aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below for extended storage.
• Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing.
• Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature.
• Stable for several weeks at 4°C as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute only prior to immediate use.
• Showed a single band by immunoelectrophoresis when tested with anti-mouse antibody.
• Reactivity confirmed by ELISA against peptide conjugated carrier protein and by Western blot against HeLa whole cell lysate.

Target Information

Nuclear factor kB p65 (NF-kB p65) is encoded by the RELA gene on chromosome 11 in humans.
NF-kB p65, also known as RelA, belongs to the Rel family of proteins and forms heterodimers with p50 or p52 subunits.
Activation occurs via TNFα-induced phosphorylation of IKK, leading to degradation of IκB and subsequent nuclear translocation of NF-kB.
NF-kB p65 plays a key role in transcriptional regulation of the immunoglobulin κ (kappa) gene in mature B-lymphoid cells.
