FLT3LG (Fms Related Tyrosine Kinase 3 Ligand) is a protein-coding gene. Diseases associated with FLT3LG include aplastic anemia and brain cancer. FLT3LG regulates dendritic cell development, particularly plasmacytoid DCs and CD8-positive classical DCs, linking innate and adaptive immunity.
