Product Specific Information
In direct ELISAs and Western blots:
- ~50% cross-reactivity with recombinant porcine IL-18
- ~20% cross-reactivity with recombinant rhesus macaque IL-18
- ~15% cross-reactivity with recombinant human IL-18
- ~5% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse and rat IL-18
Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
IL-18은 염증성 사이토카인으로 T 세포의 IFN-γ 생성을 유도합니다. IL-12와 함께 작용할 경우 IL-4 의존적 IgE 및 IgG1 생성을 억제하고, B 세포의 IgG2a 생성을 증가시킵니다. IL-18 결합 단백질은 IL-18과 상호작용하여 생물학적 활성을 음성 조절합니다.
