Product Specific Information
The eBio4B10 (4B10) monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse and human T-bet, a Th1-specific T-box transcription factor critical to Th1 CD4+ T cell lineage development.
T-Bet expression is induced by IFN-γ and regulates IFN-γ, IL-12Rβ, and IL-2 expression through chromatin remodeling. It also plays a role in class-switch recombination in B-cells.
Applications Reported: Suitable for intracellular staining followed by flow cytometric analysis.
Applications Tested: Validated using the Foxp3/Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Set (Product #00-5523-00). Recommended ≤0.25 µg/test in 100 µL final volume. Cell number may vary from 10⁵ to 10⁸ cells/test. Antibody titration is recommended for optimal performance.
Alexa Fluor 660 emits at 690 nm and is ideal for spectral cytometers; compatible with APC, Alexa Fluor 647, and Alexa Fluor 700.
