Product Specific Information

The eBio4B10 (4B10) monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse and human T-bet, a Th1-specific T-box transcription factor critical to Th1 CD4+ T cell development.
T-bet expression is induced by IFN-γ and regulates IFN-γ, IL-12Rβ, and IL-2 expression, influencing Th1 lineage differentiation and class-switch recombination in B cells.

Applications Reported:
Used for intracellular staining followed by flow cytometric analysis.

Applications Tested:
Validated by intracellular staining and flow cytometry using the Foxp3/Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Set (Product #00-5523-00).
Recommended ≤ 0.25 µg/test (100 µL final volume, 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test).
Optimize antibody titration for best performance.

Alexa Fluor 660 emits at 690 nm and is suitable for spectral cytometers, multiplexed with APC, Alexa Fluor 647, and Alexa Fluor 700.
