Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): incubate antibody for 30 min at room temperature.
- Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) for 45 min at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 min.
Target Information
G-CSF (Granulocyte Colony Stimulating Factor)는 호중구 및 단핵구의 생성과 항균 기능을 자극하는 사이토카인입니다. 인간 G-CSF는 175개의 아미노산으로 구성된 18.8 kDa 단백질이며, 활성형과 저활성형 두 가지 이소폼이 존재합니다.
이 단백질은 단핵구, 대식세포, 내피세포, 섬유아세포, 성상세포, 조골세포 및 골수세포 등에서 생성되며, 조혈세포의 증식, 분화, 활성화에 관여합니다.
또한 다양한 암세포(예: 암종 세포, 골수성 백혈병 세포)에서도 발현되며, Kostmann 증후군 등 단백질 기능 이상과 관련이 있습니다.
임상적으로는 신생아 감염, 급성 심근경색, 호중구감소증, 중증 감염, 패혈증, 만성 자가면역 호중구감소증, 급성 골수성 백혈병, Sweet 증후군, AIDS 등 여러 치료에 활용되고 있습니다.
