Target Information
MAP3K2 (MEKK2) is a serine/threonine kinase that activates kinases involved in the MAP kinase signaling pathway.
It directly phosphorylates and activates IκB kinases, playing a role in the NF-κB signaling pathway.
MAP3K2 also binds and activates protein kinase C-related kinase 2, suggesting involvement in regulated signaling processes.
