Target Information
M6PR is a receptor for mannose-6-phosphate groups on lysosomal enzymes.
It forms homodimers or homotetramers for intracellular targeting and export of lysosomal enzymes.
This receptor is an integral membrane protein localized to the trans-Golgi reticulum, endosomes, and plasma membrane.
