For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step (e.g., using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
c-Jun is a transcription factor that binds to the enhancer heptamer motif 5'-TGA[CG]TCA-3'.
It promotes NR5A1 activity when phosphorylated by HIPK3, leading to increased steroidogenic gene expression upon cAMP pathway stimulation.
It also plays a role in KRAS-mediated transcriptional activation of USP28 in colorectal cancer (CRC) cells.
