Target Information
TNS4 links focal adhesion and cell adhesion signaling to the actin cytoskeleton. It may be involved in cell survival and migration, cartilage development, and in linking signal transduction pathways to the cytoskeleton. Additionally, TNS4 can promote apoptosis via cleavage by caspase-3.
