Target Information
SMARCA5는 SWI/SNF 단백질 계열에 속하며, 헬리케이스 및 ATPase 활성을 가지고 있습니다. 이 단백질은 염색질 구조를 변형시켜 특정 유전자의 전사를 조절하는 역할을 합니다. 또한 RSF 복합체의 구성 요소로서 RNA polymerase II에 의해 class II 유전자 전사를 촉진합니다. SMARCA5는 초파리의 ISWI 염색질 리모델링 단백질과 유사한 서열을 가집니다.
