This product is preservative-free. It is recommended to add sodium azide (final concentration 0.05%–0.1%) to prevent contamination.
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. These systems clone specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits, and individual clones are screened for optimal production.

Target Information
Members of the TNF superfamily regulate immune responses and induce apoptosis. Two novel members, BAFF (BLyS/TALL-1/THANK/zTNF4) and APRIL (TALL-2), have been identified.
- BAFF: Induces B cell proliferation and immunoglobulin secretion.
- APRIL: Regulates immunological and non-immunological cell growth.
Three receptors—BCMA, TACI, and BAFF-R—bind BAFF and APRIL.
TACI and its ligands regulate humoral immune responses, activate NF-κB and c-Jun N-terminal kinase, and are involved in B cell–associated autoimmune diseases.
