Target Information
BAG3는 Hsc70/Hsp70 ATPase 도메인에 결합하여 기질 방출을 촉진하는 BAG 단백질 계열 중 하나입니다. 모든 BAG 단백질은 C-말단 근처에 약 45개의 아미노산으로 구성된 BAG 도메인을 가지며, N-말단 영역에서 구조적으로 다릅니다. BAG3 단백질은 N-말단에 WW 도메인, C-말단에 BAG 도메인을 포함합니다. BAG1, BAG2, BAG3의 BAG 도메인은 Hsc70 ATPase 도메인과 특이적으로 결합하며, 세포 내에서 Hsc70의 샤페론 활성을 억제합니다.
