CD162 (PSGL-1)은 백혈구와 혈소판 표면에 존재하는 120 kDa의 호모다이머 단백질입니다. CD162는 CD62P (P-selectin), CD62L (L-selectin), 그리고 낮은 친화도의 CD62E (E-selectin)과 결합합니다. 이러한 상호작용은 백혈구의 부착, 구름(rolling), 그리고 혈관 외 이동(extravasation)에 중요한 역할을 합니다. 또한 CD162는 만성 바이러스 감염 및 암에서 T 세포 소진(T cell exhaustion)의 중요한 면역 표지자로 알려져 있습니다.
