Target Information
GluR1 (glutamate receptor 1)은 이온성 글루탐산 수용체로, 중추신경계의 여러 시냅스에서 흥분성 신경전달물질인 L-glutamate에 의해 활성화됩니다. L-glutamate 결합 시 수용체는 양이온 통로를 개방하여 화학 신호를 전기 신호로 변환합니다. 이후 수용체는 빠르게 탈감작되어 일시적 비활성 상태에 들어가며, CACNG4, CACNG7, 또는 CACNG8 단백질이 존재할 경우 재감작(resensitization)이 유도되어 지속적인 글루탐산 자극 시 전류 흐름이 지연되어 축적됩니다.
