For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step (e.g., using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

Several serine/threonine protein kinases act as intermediates in signal transduction pathways, including ERK/MAP kinases, ribosomal S6 kinase (Rsk), and Raf-1.
Raf-1 is a cytoplasmic protein with intrinsic serine/threonine kinase activity and is the cellular homolog of v-Raf, the transforming gene product of the 3611 murine sarcoma virus.
A-Raf, another member of the Raf gene family, shares substantial homology with Raf-1 within the kinase domain but less in other regions.
A-Raf expression is highest in urogenital tissues and kidney, and lowest in brain tissue.
