Target Information
KTELC1 (also termed CLP46) is a glucosyltransferase involved in protein modification and glycosylation. It encodes a 392 amino acid protein with a molecular weight of 46 kDa, subject to glycosylation modification. KTELC1 is localized in the endoplasmic reticulum lumen and is abundantly expressed in liver, brain, heart, skeletal muscle, spleen, kidney, placenta, lung, and peripheral blood leukocytes. It may play a role in cell proliferation and the Notch signaling pathway.
