Vasodilator-stimulated phosphoprotein (VASP)는 Ena-VASP 단백질 패밀리의 구성원으로, 세포 부착 및 이동에 관여하는 필라멘트성 액틴 형성과 관련이 있습니다. 이 단백질은 E/DFPPPPXD/E 모티프를 포함하는 단백질과 결합하는 EVH1 N-말단 도메인을 가지며, SH3 및 WW 도메인 단백질과 결합하는 프롤린이 풍부한 중간 영역, 그리고 G 및 F 액틴과 결합 및 사량체화를 매개하는 C-말단 EVH2 도메인을 포함합니다. 또한 VASP는 PKA 및 PKG에 의해 조절되는 세포 내 신호 전달 경로에 관여할 수 있습니다.
