Target Information
Human IgG1, also known as human immunoglobulin G1, is a subclass of human IgG antibodies produced by the immune system in response to antigens. It is the most abundant IgG subclass in the blood and plays a key role in defense against pathogens. IgG1 binds to specific antigens and promotes their clearance through mechanisms such as phagocytosis and complement activation. It also participates in antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity and toxin neutralization.
