For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.

Target Information
ArfGAP1 is a 406-amino-acid regulatory protein containing an Arf-GAP domain that activates the GTPase activity of ADP ribosylation factor (ARF).
It promotes hydrolysis of ARF1-bound GTP and facilitates dissociation of coat proteins from Golgi-derived membranes and vesicles, playing a key role in membrane trafficking and vesicle transport.
Its activity is stimulated by phosphoinositides and inhibited by phosphatidylcholine.
Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been reported, with ubiquitous expression in most tissues.
