For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

ArfGAP1 is a 406-amino-acid regulatory protein containing an Arf-GAP domain that activates the GTPase activity of ADP ribosylation factor (ARF). It functions as a GTPase-activating protein (GAP) for ARF1, promoting GTP hydrolysis and enabling dissociation of coat proteins from Golgi-derived membranes and vesicles. This process is crucial for membrane trafficking and vesicle transport.
ArfGAP1 activity is stimulated by phosphoinositides and inhibited by phosphatidylcholine. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified, and the protein is ubiquitously expressed in most tissues.
