- In direct ELISAs and Western blots, no cross-reactivity is observed with recombinant human FGF family members (FGF-3, -4, -5, -6, -7, -9, -10, -11, -12, -16, -17, -18, -19, -23), recombinant mouse FGF-8b, -8c, -15, -23, rhFGF acidic, or rhFGF basic.
- Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
FGF-20 is a secreted, heparin-binding growth factor belonging to the FGF family. These proteins are essential for prenatal development, postnatal growth, and tissue regeneration through promotion of cellular proliferation and differentiation.
FGF-20 signals through FGFR 2c and 3c and is expressed during limb and brain development.
