Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs, no cross-reactivity with recombinant human DPPIV is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
- Endotoxin level is <0.10 EU per 1 µg of the antibody by the LAL method.
Target Information
DPP6 encodes a single-pass type II membrane protein belonging to the S9B family in the serine protease clan SC. Although it lacks protease activity due to the absence of the conserved serine residue, DPP6 binds specific voltage-gated potassium channels and modulates their expression and biophysical properties. Multiple splice variants encoding different isoforms have been characterized.
