Target Information
TCEB1 (protein elongin C)은 transcription factor B (SIII) complex의 서브유닛으로, elongins A/A2, B, C로 구성됩니다.
이 복합체는 RNA polymerase II의 elongation을 활성화하며, elongin A는 활성 구성 요소, B와 C는 조절 서브유닛입니다.
Elongin A2는 고환에서 특이적으로 발현되며, elongins B 및 C와 안정적인 복합체를 형성할 수 있습니다.
